We're looking for an ambitious SALES MANAGER for Norwegian market!

Busland OÜ is a dynamic and growing company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of buses and heavy vehicles. With a strong presence in the market, we are now expanding into the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market research & development: Identifying opportunities in the Norwegian market, mapping potential clients, and building a strong contact network.

  • Client management & acquisition: Managing and developing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

  • Sales coordination: Handling sales orders, coordinating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

  • Reporting & business development: Monitoring market trends, providing feedback to management, and participating in strategic sales planning.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales.

  • Previous experience in automotive, heavy machinery, or technical sales is a plus.

  • Fluency in English (B level or higher). Knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish is an advantage.

  • Good command of MS Office and familiarity with ERP or business management software is a plus.
