Market research & development: Identifying opportunities in the Norwegian market, mapping potential clients, and building a strong contact network.
Client management & acquisition: Managing and developing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Sales coordination: Handling sales orders, coordinating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Reporting & business development: Monitoring market trends, providing feedback to management, and participating in strategic sales planning.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales.
Previous experience in automotive, heavy machinery, or technical sales is a plus.
Fluency in English (B level or higher). Knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish is an advantage.
Good command of MS Office and familiarity with ERP or business management software is a plus.
